Digital E-commerce Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Digital E-commerce Manager to own and grow our online store.

You'll run the day-to-day of our e-commerce business — the storefront, the product pages, the customer experience, and the sales numbers behind it all. You'll also help grow our customer base through smart digital campaigns, including referral and word-of-mouth marketing.

What you'll do

Own our Shopify storefront end to end: product pages, checkout, merchandising, and the full customer experience from click to purchase.
Manage and grow our Amazon channel — listings, optimization, and sales performance.
Grow online sales through measurable digital marketing campaigns.
Build and manage customer acquisition and retention programs, including referral marketing.
Use AI tools to automate and improve your work — from campaigns to reporting to everyday tasks.
Track the numbers that matter — conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value — and act on them.
Improve the store continuously through testing and data, not guesswork.
Work closely with our marketing and field teams so the online store supports the wider business.

What you need

Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce store (Shopify strongly preferred).
Experience selling on Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
A track record of growing online sales through digital marketing.
Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently — and genuine curiosity to learn more.
Comfort with the numbers — you can read a funnel, spot what's broken, and fix it.
Experience with marketing tools such as email and SMS platforms and analytics.
You can work from our Irvine office.

Familiarity with Amazon advertising and listing optimization.
