Full Job Description

· Cool Under Pressure. This person will be the go-between our clients and staff and will work with both sides to help ensure the customer has an excellent customer experience. This often involves juggling several issues at once: staying cool helps prioritize and handle workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Development Requests. Assist with template customization requests, including task creation, organizing documents, conducting quality control review of proposed updates, and maintaining consistent file standards

· Client Communication. Confirm customization requests, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, responsive experience by promptly answering questions or otherwise routing them to the appropriate team

· Maintain Template Catalog. Maintain and expand the template catalog by adding newly created documents and enhancing its content to support client inquiries and ongoing template development

· Compliance Review. Coordinate with outside counsel on legal review, including sourcing, engagement, and the preparation and delivery of materials for review.

Preferred Qualifications:

· General knowledge of the lending industry (preferably private lending)

· Experience with coding and legal document preparation

· Highly organized and able to prioritize / work on multiple tasks simultaneously

· Able to work well with people and technology

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree

· Ability to work in-office in Orange County, California

· Willing to take on-camera video conferences with customers and coworkers
