Full Job Description

AET is specialized in providing translation and various consulting services, and one branch office located in Miami,FL.
An IT Project Manager is sought to perform the following duties:

Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing.
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
Work with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements.
Develop detailed system and program specifications, including: data conversion, interfaces, and custom reporting to ensure business requirements are met.
Develop test scripts and test new functionality and enhancements.
Use appropriate software development methodologies prescribed by AET Services to document user requirements to design business solutions.
Have the ability to work with local and remote development teams to get solutions developed and implemented.
Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate code problems and correct errors by correcting codes.
Set up and assist with administration of our servers, as well as perform backups for servers.
Provide IT support as necessary in order to provide assistance in solving computer-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
Read manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn how to develop programs that meet user requirements.
Provide consultation regarding network architecture and information security architecture setup design.
Consult with functional managers and users to develop agreed upon solutions for process improvements to meet business objectives.
Consult with colleagues to ensure agreement on system principles.
Confer with colleagues regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.
Protect and keep client information confidential.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of system management and application server.
Understand our business processes and apply educational and practical experience to simplify business processes, standardize business processes, and provide simplified and standardized solutions to achieve the business objectives.
Implement strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact positively with peer groups within IT and outside IT.
Perform ad hoc research assignments for management.

Required Skills and Qualities:

At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related major.
Have strong knowledge in engineering, mathematics and statistics.
Be familiar with various tools and systems, including operating system, system management, software development environment and remote support technique.
Excellent communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
