Overview:

The Data Entry Representative is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining dental case information within Spectrum Killian’s systems. This role supports multiple departments and serves as an important part of the case intake and production workflow, ensuring case information, prescriptions, due dates, and customer instructions are entered accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a consistent volume of cases.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Receive, review, and enter incoming dental cases into the company’s case management system.
Accurately enter case details, prescription information, due dates, materials, customer instructions, and other required information.
Review prescriptions and accompanying case materials for completeness and accuracy.
Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information and escalate questions to the appropriate department or team member.
Verify customer and dental office information to ensure cases are assigned and processed correctly.
Scan, upload, and organize prescriptions and other case-related documentation.
Ensure information entered into the system accurately reflects the physical and/or digital case materials received.
Prioritize cases based on due dates, production requirements, and established departmental workflows.
Support case intake and data entry needs across multiple departments as assigned.
Coordinate with Customer Experience, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and other departments to resolve case-related questions or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation.
Protect confidential customer and patient information in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
Meet established expectations for data entry accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Assist with general administrative and departmental responsibilities as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Who We’re Looking For:

Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to review detailed information and identify discrepancies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to different departmental processes, priorities, and workflows.
Dental laboratory, dental office, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle case materials.
Work is primarily performed in an office and dental laboratory environment

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $20-$22. Final compensation will be individually assessed and may differ based on a variety of factors such as your experience, qualifications, education, skill set, certifications, and other relevant considerations.
