Type: Full-time | On-site (Costa Mesa, CA)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 DOE

We’re a creative and experiential agency producing digital experiences for major brands across live events, integrated campaigns, and emerging technologies. From websites and mobile apps to immersive digital interactions and event platforms, our team brings creative ideas to life across both physical and digital spaces.

We’re looking for a Sr. Digital Project Manager based in Southern California to help lead and shape those experiences. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of digital production—someone who can confidently guide clients, collaborate across disciplines, solve problems proactively, and drive projects from concept through execution.

As a Sr. Digital Project Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between account, creative, and digital production teams, ensuring projects are executed strategically, efficiently, on time, and at a high standard. This is not a task-management or order-taking role. We’re looking for someone senior enough to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, identify gaps before they become issues, and bring their own creative and strategic perspective to every project.

The ideal candidate understands the full scope of digital production and can confidently speak to what a project requires from both a creative and technical standpoint. This person should be comfortable translating client needs into actionable digital solutions while collaborating closely with designers, developers, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life.

A strong background in design (graphic or web) is essential, along with experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment. Candidates should be comfortable leading conversations around websites, emails, event platforms, digital campaigns, interactive experiences, and evolving digital technologies.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary client-facing lead for digital projects—managing communication, setting expectations, and building confidence with both internal teams and clients
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital experiences including websites, emails, mobile apps, platform updates, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences (3D iframes, web interactions, immersive digital components, etc.)
Act as a strategic partner—by asking the right questions, identifying gaps, challenging assumptions, and helping shape smarter digital solutions
Translate client goals into actionable production plans while clearly communicating technical and creative considerations to both clients and internal teams
Collaborate closely with Creative, Development, Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams to align on scope, timelines, feasibility, and execution
Own project workflows from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and delivered at a high level of quality
Proactively identify production risks, dependencies, or inefficiencies and drive solutions before they become blockers
Help guide clients toward the best digital approach based on budget, timeline, platform limitations, and user experience goals
Support ongoing optimization and maintenance of digital platforms and systems
Manage workflows and project organization using tools such as Monday.com, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and collaborative production platforms

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience managing digital projects within an agency, production, or fast-paced creative environment
Strong background in graphic design, web design, digital production, or a related creative discipline
Deep understanding of digital production workflows across web, email, mobile, CMS platforms, and interactive digital experiences
Someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable leading conversations
Strong client communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas, navigate challenges, and guide conversations toward solutions
Ability to think strategically while also understanding the realities of production and execution
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Experience managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to adapt in evolving environments
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across Design, Development, Accounts, Marketing, Production, and Leadership teams

What Sets You Apart

Experience working with event-based digital ecosystems, registration platforms, or experiential marketing environments
Familiarity with CMS platforms, email development, marketing automation, or platform-based digital systems
Ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution
Comfortable contributing ideas beyond project management and bringing a creative perspective to digital problem-solving
Experience working in agency environments with evolving priorities, shifting timelines, and highly collaborative teams
