Job Summary
We are a dietary supplement manufacturer. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of corporate accounting principles. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts receivable, and supporting overall financial operations within the organization. Responsibilities

Perform credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and customers.
Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Conduct account analysis to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize Kronos for timekeeping and payroll processing as needed.
Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
Maintain detailed records of debits and credits in accordance with accounting standards.
Utilize financial software such as QuickBook to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with team members to support corporate accounting initiatives and projects.

Experience

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, with a focus on corporate accounting practices.
Proficiency in credit analysis, accounts receivable management, and account reconciliation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Kronos or similar timekeeping software is a plus.
Familiarity with Quickbook is a Plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
A solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial reporting will be beneficial.
