Position Summary

The Aesthetic Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and exceptional results. This role combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient experience, education, and aesthetic outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in aesthetic medicine, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatments

Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, PRP, Micro needling, chemical peels, and other non-invasive procedures
Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation

Clinical Safety & Compliance

Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with medical protocols and state regulations
Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant treatment environment
Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and proper handling of medical equipment
Assist with complication management and follow-up care

Patient Experience & Relationship Building

Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and repeat visits
Provide personalized recommendations and treatment plans
Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level patient experience
Support patient satisfaction and service recovery when needed

Sales & Practice Growth

Recommend appropriate treatments, packages, and skincare products
Support practice revenue goals through service and retail sales
Participate in promotional events, consultations, and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
1–3+ years of nursing experience (aesthetic experience REQUIRED)
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, polished demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with injectables (Botox, fillers), or skin rejuvenation procedures
Background in medical aesthetics
Aesthetic certifications or advanced injector training
Experience in a luxury med spa or high-end clinical environment

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
