Company Overview
CNI College, located in, Santa Ana is dedicated to providing exceptional academic opportunities in allied health disciplines. We focus on fostering the intellectual, social, and professional growth of a diverse student body and are committed to supporting our graduates' successful employment in the healthcare industry.

Overview
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, physician offices, and other healthcare employers to create employment opportunities for MRI graduates. Conduct employer outreach, perform site visits, identify job openings, coordinate placement activities, and collaborate with students and faculty to support successful graduate employment. Track employer contacts, placement efforts, and outcomes to ensure achievement of program placement goals.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare organizations, clinics, imaging centers, and community partners through frequent field visits, employer outreach, and business development activities to create internship and employment opportunities for students.
Spend the majority of work time in the field conducting employer visits, cultivating new business relationships, and expanding the College's network of hiring partners.
Identify and pursue new employer partnerships through cold calling, in person visits, networking, and relationship management to increase placement opportunities.
Identify emerging industry trends and employer workforce needs, and communicate these insights to inform curriculum development and student advising.
Represent the College at community events, professional association meetings, career fairs, employer presentations, and networking functions to strengthen employer relationships and promote College programs.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate employer recruitment efforts, including hosting employer information sessions, hiring events, and career fairs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students on career planning, interviewing, networking, and job search strategies.
Utilize Student Information Systems (such as PeopleSoft or Ellucian) to document employer contacts, site visits, placement activities, and employment outcomes.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, College policies, mandated reporting requirements, and applicable industry standards related to student services and employment placement.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
Over three years of recruiting, outsides sales, or business development experience in healthcare or school setting.
Over one year of experience working in a school setting
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Proficiency in using Student Information Systems like PeopleSoft or Ellucian for data management.
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—to foster relationships with employers, students, and colleagues.
Experience with educational administration, academic advising, or school policy knowledge.
Ability to analyze industry data, employment trends, and student needs to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with recruiting techniques, interviewing processes, and mentoring students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of healthcare education standards, compliance regulations, and mandated reporting laws.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Background in university or academic institution environments preferred; experience working with students is highly valued.
