OC Home Buyers is a fast-growing, family-owned real estate investment company helping homeowners sell quickly and stress-free throughout Southern California.

About the Role

We’re looking for a business-minded leader who can bring operational structure, sales leadership, accountability, and execution into a growing real estate company.

We need someone who can step in, create clarity, improve processes, hold people accountable, and help lead the company into its next stage of growth.

If you’ve successfully built systems, led teams, improved performance, and thrive in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and improve day-to-day business operations
Build accountability and structure across the sales team
Develop and refine sales processes and workflows
Help recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems
Track team performance and drive results through leadership
Work directly with ownership to support company growth initiatives
Help create a culture of ownership, urgency, and execution

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, or business management
Strong operational mindset with the ability to create systems and processes
Experience leading teams and holding people accountable
Entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in growing businesses
Strong communicator with confidence and decisiveness
Ability to balance leadership, strategy, and execution
Real estate investing experience is a plus, but not required
Someone who can bring stability, structure, and momentum to a scaling company
