Full Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who meet all listed required qualifications will be considered for this position.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in benefits technology configuration, HRIS analysis, or benefits consulting.
Hands-on experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Paylocity, Employee Navigator, bswift, Paycor, PlanSource, or similar). Experience with multiple systems is preferred but not required; candidates with strong expertise in one platform and a demonstrated ability and desire to learn additional systems are encouraged to apply.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
Working knowledge of EDI file feeds, 834 data mapping, and secure file transfer protocols (SFTP).

About the Job

Title: Benefits Technology Analyst
Term: Direct Hire
Location: Irvine, CA - 92614 (hybrid)
Salary Range: $70K/$90K year (depending on experience)
Earn a $500 referral bonus once your referral completes 90 billable days

Summary

This role is the “tech expert” behind employee benefits (like group health, dental, vision, etc.) for our clients. They help our employee benefits clients set up and manage the online systems employees use to enroll in their benefits. That includes formatting the system, making sure all the information is correct, and fixing issues when something goes wrong. They also work with different teams and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
