About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead and evolve our compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and HR systems programs within a growing organization in the health and wellness industry.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and is energized by creating programs that enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Compensation & Rewards

Lead annual compensation planning activities, including salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and market benchmarking.
Partner with business leaders to develop competitive and sustainable compensation strategies.
Support long-term incentive and recognition programs.
Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to leadership.

Benefits & Employee Experience

Manage benefit programs and vendor relationships.
Drive annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Develop initiatives that support employee well-being and engagement.

Payroll & Compliance

Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Partner with Finance on audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Maintain strong controls and operational accuracy.

HR Technology & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
Support reporting, analytics, and workforce planning efforts.
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across HR operations.
Ensure employee data integrity and reporting accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, or a related function.
Experience managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR technology programs.
Strong understanding of employment, payroll, and benefits regulations.
Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to influence leaders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree required.
Relevant certifications (CCP, CBP, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
