Full Job Description

Human Resources and Payroll staff act as a point of contact for employee questions and ensure that our company is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. The Payroll Associate is vital to ensuring that our employees are paid correctly, on time, and that all payroll issues are resolved as quickly as possible. This position will receive steady and comprehensive direction and support from a dedicated Payroll Manager, and FT Payroll Associate colleague.

As an employee of Farrell Roofing, the occupant of this role will be committed to our values of safety, quality, happy customer, and on budget.

Day to Day Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all employees are correctly paid
Weekly maintenance of payroll tables in ADP (payroll system)
Weekly maintenance of payroll jobs and employees
Mail weekly pay stubs and checks
Assist with monthly union remittances
Review job announcement emails
Issue retroactive paychecks
Distribution and creation of certified payroll reports.
Entering time sheet information into ADP as needed.
Respond to employee questions and inquiries, especially inquiries from employees who are traveling.
Updating the current travelers list when a new employee is travelling outside of their jurisdiction.
Additional duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager.
Mostly deals with certified payroll

Compensation: $20-$24 per hour depending on experience. This is a temporary position and is not benefits eligible.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
