Done Deal Home Buyers – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Full-Time | $3,000–$5,000 Monthly Salary + Uncapped Commission

Done Deal Home Buyers is a growing real estate investment company purchasing properties throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

We are hiring a motivated, outgoing and competitive Field Acquisition Specialist to join our Dallas team.

This is a field-based real estate sales position combining property inspections, homeowner outreach, door-to-door prospecting and real estate acquisitions.

This is NOT a traditional driving position and it is NOT commission-only.

You will receive a guaranteed monthly salary of $3,000–$5,000 based on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.

What You'll DoGenerate Real Estate Opportunities

Door knock targeted homeowners throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.
Speak directly with homeowners who may be considering selling.
Work targeted pre-foreclosure and distressed-property lists provided by the company.
Identify homeowner motivation and potential selling opportunities.
Build rapport with homeowners and explain how Done Deal Home Buyers can help.
Generate qualified seller leads and appointments.
Follow up with interested homeowners.
Work alongside our acquisitions team to convert opportunities into contracts.
Develop the skills necessary to eventually negotiate and secure purchase agreements directly.

Inspect Investment Properties

Done Deal Home Buyers also purchases properties through foreclosure and real estate auctions.

You will help our acquisitions and underwriting teams evaluate properties before we purchase them.

Responsibilities include:

Driving to assigned properties throughout DFW.
Taking clear exterior photos and videos.
Evaluating visible property condition.
Identifying obvious roof, foundation, exterior or deferred-maintenance concerns.
Determining whether properties appear vacant or occupied.
Evaluating neighborhood and surrounding property conditions.
Uploading photos, videos and notes into our system.
Completing property inspections before required auction and underwriting deadlines.

Compensation

Guaranteed Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month

Salary is determined based on previous experience, sales ability and overall candidate quality.

PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Additional compensation can be earned from:

Qualified seller opportunities.
Appointments generated.
Properties placed under contract.
Closed real estate transactions.
Individual sales performance.
Team performance incentives.

High-performing representatives should expect their total compensation to significantly exceed their base salary.

There is no fixed ceiling on commission earnings.

Comfortable walking neighborhoods and knocking on doors.
Ability to work independently.
Professional appearance.
Full-time availability.

Schedule

Full-Time – Monday through Friday

Typical responsibilities will include both property inspections and homeowner outreach.

Some afternoon and early-evening work will be expected because those are often the best times to contact homeowners.

Auction deadlines may occasionally require schedule adjustments.
