Full Job Description

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys helping clients succeed while solving problems and building relationships? Harmony Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Specialist to support our growing Treasury Solutions team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for onboarding, training, and supporting business clients using our treasury management products and services. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from implementation through ongoing support.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury clients during onboarding and implementation.
Train and support clients on treasury products, including online banking, ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox services, and more.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
Partner with the Treasury Solutions Officer to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional client service and smooth product delivery.
Monitor service requests and follow through to successful resolution.
Assist with training initiatives for both clients and internal team members.
Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of treasury management support experience.
3+ years of banking experience.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team player who is adaptable, accountable, and enjoys helping others succeed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
