Bilingual Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant for Ortho Practice
About us

The Spine and Orthopedic Academic Research Institute (SOAR) is an orthopedic practice in the Greater Dallas area and we are looking for a bilingual Phlebotomist/MA .

We are a growing orthopedic practice and are looking for a Bilingual Phlebotomist/MA tojoin our team. We have multiple offices in the Greater Dallas area and our Medical Assistants are provided a schedule that supports traveling different days of the week to different locations.

Orthopedics, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, and/or neurology experienced preferred. Our MA's work front & back office. Our ideal candidate must be able to draw blood, multitask, have an excellent work ethic, reliable transportation, and maintain high attention to detail.
Bilingual is required (Spanish)!

This Phlebotomist/MA Opportunity offers the follow includes, but not limited to: answering phones, handling medical records requests, insurance verification, inputting demographics, and scheduling. Orthopedic, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, and/or neurology experienced preferred!

Front & Back Office duties.

Qualifications: Must be BILINGUAL, Spanish & English

- Phlebotomy Certification required
-Medical Assistant (MA) with ortho experience a plus
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office software.
