Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Onsite – Irving, TX

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 70K - 80K Dollars / year

About the Role

We're hiring a Personal Assistant to work directly with our CEO, supporting both her professional and personal matters.

This role is different from a typical administrative position. The scope will evolve based on what the CEO needs most — some weeks that means travel and scheduling, other weeks it means handling a personal errand or an ad hoc project from a one-line instruction. Flexibility and genuine comfort with ambiguity are essential.

This suits someone who takes pride in making one person's life run smoothly, and who finds satisfaction in being the person she can hand anything to.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, and anticipate conflicts before they reach her.
Take ownership of tasks the CEO delegates — from a one-line instruction to a finished result, with minimal back-and-forth.
Handle personal and professional matters on her behalf with discretion, including time-sensitive requests.
Track follow-ups and open items, making sure nothing she has delegated falls through the cracks.
Prepare documents, records, and summaries as needed to support her decisions.
Coordinate with colleagues and external parties on her behalf, representing her professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required.
1–5 years of experience supporting an executive or principal directly — as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a family office setting.
Strong service orientation — you genuinely enjoy supporting one person well, rather than managing systems or processes.
Comfortable with shifting priorities and undefined scope; able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
High discretion and trustworthiness; comfortable handling confidential personal and business information.
Responsive and dependable — this role occasionally requires handling time-sensitive matters outside regular hours, though evenings and weekends are generally your own.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and common office software.
Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license required.
