Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies for the multifamily sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with construction project objectives.
Lead negotiations and secure agreements for multifamily construction projects.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Ensure project proposals meet client needs and align with company capabilities.
