Full Job Description

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in HR and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Duties**

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating campus recruitment events, posting job openings, and screening candidates.

- Manage the hiring process, including conducting interviews and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.

- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

- Develop and maintain employee training programs to improve performance and productivity.

- Utilize HR software tools for HR management

- Provide support with benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee communication, and benefits interpretation.

- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

- Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform organizational decisions.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering HR-related inquiries and managing HR documents.

-Provide general support of IT needs including Microsoft Office Admin to troubleshoot issues.

-Interface with internal IT team to troubleshoot laptop issues and coordinate and set up new equipment for new hires.

**Skills**

- Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.

- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and HR best practices including FMLA and ACA.

- Experience with HR software and payroll tools.

-Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office software including email, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Ability to interview candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

- Experience with on line recruitment and talent management.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
