We are looking for a sharp, thorough, & service-oriented Restoration Specialist to join our wonderful team!

**In-Home sales ~ No Cold Calling ~ Consultative selling & GREAT Follow-up is a must!**

Brick Restoration serves residential customers, property managers & HOAs with innovative masonry solutions to restore and enhance the beauty of their homes and properties.

We are passionate about restoring masonry to its Original Beauty, and obsess daily with providing the best possible service experience to our community.

Our Restoration Specialists fulfill a hybrid sales/project management role for our residential & commercial customers.

On a daily basis, you will re0ceive appointment leads to evaluate small - medium sized masonry projects, educate customers on our services, provide estimates, and offer excellent customer service throughout the project management cycle.

A successful candidate will be highly organized & detailed. He or she must have strong leadership skills to guide customers, crews, and office staff to complete projects on time and on budget while upholding our 5-Star Service Promise.

Restoration Specialist must have a clean driving record and a strong understanding of residential masonry construction. Excellent sales techniques & follow-up practices will guarantee your ability to grow the business and your compensation by building trust with new clients, and colleagues alike.

Primary Objectives of a Restoration Specialist

Evaluate the masonry repair needs of customers in your designated territory. 3-5 appts/ 4 days/wk
Accurately calculate labor, materials and job time; and provide clearly written proposals to customers.
Manage the project with the construction crews once proposals are approved by customers ~ including material procurement, dispatch of crews, and follow-ups with customer.
Develop business relationships with property managers and business partners in your territory.

Required Skills for Success as a Restoration Specialist

Excellent spoken and written communication with customers, managers & co-workers.
Dynamic Sales Skills with proven results in achieving benchmarks and quotas
Consultative Business to Consumer Sales skills
Efficient time-management
Excellent organization skills
Ability to quickly learn and retain information
Clear and safe driving record
Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs & Sheets, CRM, etc.
F/T, M-F & 1 Sat/mo.
Bi-lingual - English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Compensation is $75,000 - $100k: Including Base Salary+ Weekly Commission + Year-End Bonus
Monthly & Quarterly incentives
401K Retirement Plan with 4% company match after 1 yr.
$2,500/yr employer funded Health Reimbursement Account for employees to obtain Health Insurance.
Company provided cell phone, laptop, and truck to use during work hours.
1 wk Paid vacation after the 1st yr.
3 PTO days and holidays after 90 day probationary period
