Nucentra Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project & Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. Duties
- Lead project scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones and product launches
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot mechanical failures and optimize system performance
- Develop detailed mechanical schematics, system diagrams, and technical drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, or other CAD tools
- Perform tolerance analysis and mechanical detail drafting to meet industry standards such as ASME codes & standards
- Design mechanical components and assemblies utilizing 3D modeling for product development and manufacturing feasibility
- Utilize engineering tools like MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, and Arduino for system modeling, control logic development, and prototype testing
- Apply principles of mechanical knowledge to support manufacturing processes including CNC machining, FEA simulations, and building information modeling (BIM) tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering product development initiatives, ensuring design integrity from concept through production
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including schematics, mechanical detail drawings, and system specifications aligned with industry standards
Skills
- Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on mechanical systems
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies for managing complex projects effectively
- Expertise in 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks and Creo for detailed design work and product visualization
- Skilled in mechanical drafting, tolerance analysis, GD&T application, and creating precise mechanical detail drawings
- Knowledge of engineering product development processes from concept through manufacturing implementation
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink for control system integration and automation projects
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools for integrated project planning and design coordination
- Ability to perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural integrity under various load conditions
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles including system design, schematics creation, and mechanical component selection
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to pressure vessels, piping systems, or other mechanical components

Nucentra Solutions is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Master Electrician to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a motivated professional who can lead electrical projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver top-quality electrical solutions here at our plant. As a master electrician, you will oversee electrical installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior electricians to uphold our commitment to excellence and safety. You will also be doing the work of wiring the pre-fab enclosures used to power data center back-up generators. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive hands-on individual eager to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- You will be wiring pre-fab power generating enclosures used at data centers. This is a hands-on job, not managerial. You will be actually working in the field at our plant.
- Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites, commercial buildings, and renovation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate wiring and system setup.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and schematics to complete electrical tasks efficiently and safely.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and NEC (National Electrical Code) compliant wiring.
- Conduct inspections using ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Supervise electricians and apprentices on-site, ensuring work is performed according to safety standards and project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, including NEC standards for high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Assist and perform all activities in the renovation of existing electrical systems by upgrading wiring, panels, or components as needed.
Skills
- Extensive industrial electrician experience combined with commercial electrical expertise.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards for both high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Construction site experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret technical documents accurately while maintaining strict safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical issues on-site. Benefits and Hours
- The hours are M-F 7am - 4pm or after training 2-11pm. This is a hand-on role.
