Job Overview
RCR Telecon LLC is seeking experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Construction Managers to lead complex fiber, broadband, and small cell cellular installation projects across the Texas region. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of telecommunications infrastructure development—managing crews, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. Ideal candidates will bring commercial and industrial experience in fiber, broadband, or wireless installations and a passion for problem-solving in the field. Key Responsibilities

Supervise all phases of OSP underground, fiber, broadband, and wireless installation projects.
Manage and schedule in-house crews, subcontractors, site crews, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Conduct site walks and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Interpret and review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
Oversee material procurement and equipment logistics.
Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project quality.
Implement and enforce safety standards on job sites.
Handle scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
Maintain accurate documentation including timesheets, inspections, and incident reports.
Work with local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with regulations and permitting processes
Maintain and monitor schedules and ensure teams and equipment are ready and available to perform the work

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in construction management within fiber, broadband, or cellular installation.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and telecom construction processes.
Experience with commercial and industrial infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel for regional projects (per diem provided).
OSHA 10/30 certification, Fall Protection, and Lift Training (preferred or willing to obtain).
