Full Job Description

ISHPEMING

INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE AT MARQUETTE HURON MOUNTAIN BAKERY.

We are looking for people to add to our Counter Sales team! Shift starts at $14.00/hour plus cash tips (average $2-3/hour) and credit card tips (average $3-3.50/hour). The Ishpeming location does not do any baking, but do sandwich prep. No experience necessary. Must be 18 or older.
Available shifts:
Sandwich/Counter Assistance 6am-12pm
Closing Shift 12pm - 7pm.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell additional products to customers
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating cash registers

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
