Innovative Driven is seeking a Paralegal to join the team at a fast-paced civil litigation defense firm client in Florida!

Responsibilities:

Summarize records and court files
Schedule couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses, and other special functions
Conduct research on statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and public records
Draft, prepare, and perform reviews of briefs, pleadings, discovery materials, appeals, and contracts
Assist in trial preparation and discovery practices
Serve as a liaison between counsel, clients, experts, witnesses, and other third parties
Maintain attorney’s calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and depositions

Requirements:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
