Job Overview

Carlisle Local School District, a dedicated public school district in Carlisle, Ohio, is seeking a highly organised and professional Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our executive functions, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for senior executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure.
Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, distributing them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Coordinate projects and support district-wide initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience working within an educational or public sector environment is desirable but not essential.
