Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Position Type: Full-time, 1099

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

OREST Express is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the owners and will involve managing the entire Marketing process for our logistics company. As the company grows, this position may evolve to include managing additional team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry and be fluent in English, Ukrainian, and/or Russian. Polish is a Plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple channels.
Produce graphics, short-form videos, photos, and other marketing materials.
Film and edit content in our Elk Grove Village office.
Stay current with social media trends, research new content ideas, and identify opportunities to keep the brand competitive.
Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends to improve marketing strategies.
Develop and execute social media and content marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
Create marketing assets for digital and offline advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising vendors, print companies, and other external partners.
Assist with paid advertising creatives, branding projects, UGC campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.
Experience creating engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian is required.
Proficiency with design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
