Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient service to guests while upholding the hospitality standards of Promise Hospitality Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly guest service from initial greeting through completion of the dining experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food menus, beverage offerings, and daily specials.
- Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system and ensure order accuracy.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs including water refills, additional orders, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organized service stations.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of restaurant serving experience preferred in a full-service dining environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
Work Environment
Positions operate in a fast-paced hospitality environment including restaurants, bars, cafés, and hotel outlets. Employees may be exposed to hot surfaces, kitchen equipment, and high guest volume during peak service periods.

Hourly wage Hosts serve as the primary point of contact for guests and focus on delivering an elevated hospitality experience similar to a Maître D’.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with management regarding guest needs.
- Answer phone calls and provide detailed information.
- Confirm reservations via system.

- Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
- Manage VIP recognition and guest relations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally.
- Control dining room pacing.
- Oversee reservations and table assignments.
- Collaborate with management on floor strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of hospitality experience preferred.

Bartenders are responsible for preparing beverages with precision, maintaining bar operations, and creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring beverage quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus including spirits, wines, and cocktails.
- Provide beverage recommendations and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including tools, glassware, and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and local regulations.
- Support servers by preparing bar tickets promptly and accurately.
- Maintain proper garnishes and presentation for all beverages.
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
