Position Title: Account Clerk Typist .5 FTE (10-Month)
Brief Description:
Requires clear communication and direct contact with students, caregivers, and staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining accurate up-to-date records
Preparing reports, including audit preparation, completion, and banking
Organizing supervisor calendar, including scheduling of meetings
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Receives and organizes work to be processed, ordering supplies, event preparation
Maintain school attendance records
File correspondence and other materials
Operate photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Receive and greet visitors when they arrive as necessary
Function in collaboration with school-level staff, students, and administration

Required Qualifications:
