What You’ll Do as Our Sous Chef:

As a Sous Chef at The Heights Restaurant, you’ll play an integral role in delivering the outstanding dining experience our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Executive Chef in planning and preparing innovative, high-quality dishes.
Supervising kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain our high culinary standards.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Contributing to menu development and implementing seasonal offerings.
