Full Job Description

Holbrook’s Precast, Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales & Scheduling representative.

Responsibilities

Conduct business with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
Schedule and coordinate product deliveries
Develop a working knowledge of products stocked in our yard to provide customers with accurate information
Invoice products leaving the yard using QuickBooks
Prepare and provide customers with estimates
Assist the Estimator/Bidder with scheduling and coordination
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, production staff, and office personnel

Additional Office Responsibilities

Assist with basic IT and computer-related issues within the office
Assist with inventory and product counts when the Office Assistant is out of the office
Perform other administrative and office duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Professional and friendly customer service skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Comfortable working with computers and office software
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred
Ability to learn and understand construction and precast concrete products
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
Previous experience in sales, scheduling, customer service, or an office environment is preferred
Good attendance is a must!
