Full Job Description

Position Overview

This role will support the ongoing growth of Vizella Media’s local advertising business by assisting with:

Marketing infrastructure and campaign organization
Lead generation support and opportunity tracking
AI-powered workflow and marketing integration
Digital and social media coordination
Graphic design and marketing asset creation
Internal sales support tools and presentations
Website and digital campaign assistance
Process improvement and operational efficiency

You’ll work closely with leadership and Development Managers to help create marketing solutions that are practical, creative, and results-focused for a wide range of local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing integrated advertising and marketing solutions across audio, print and digital platforms
Build and organize internal marketing systems, proposals, and sales support materials
Support lead generation initiatives and prospect research
Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency, content creation, research, and workflow
Create graphics, presentations, and promotional materials for campaigns and sales initiatives
Assist with social media management, digital advertising coordination, and website support
Help maintain campaign organization, timelines, and reporting
Collaborate with Development Managers to prepare customer-facing materials and strategic recommendations
Contribute ideas that improve operational workflow, customer communication, and marketing effectiveness
Stay current on evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications

Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, branding, and lead generation
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies
Experience with social media platforms, web-based marketing, and digital communication
Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Creative thinker with a solution-based mindset
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
Professional, approachable, and easy to work with
Experience in media, marketing, agency, or advertising environments is preferred

Preferred Experience

Social media content creation and scheduling
Website management or WordPress familiarity
CRM or lead management tools
Digital advertising platforms
Copywriting and campaign messaging
Basic analytics and reporting interpretation
Photography, video, or multimedia content creation is a plus

Pay: $37,440.00 - $50,000.00 per year
