What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Chef at The Heights Restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy dishes that are as exceptional as our reputation. Your responsibilities will include:

Mastering the grill, sauté, and hot appetizer stations to prepare high-quality meals.
Assisting with food preparation and expediting to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to uphold our high standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Line Chef who brings skill, dedication, and a passion for culinary excellence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
Proficiency in working with grill, sauté, and hot appetizer stations.
