Visiting Angels (Horseheads) - In Home Living Assistance Services. Helping Seniors with daily activities to help them stay at home and age in place.

Are you a compassionate caregiver, PCA, or HHA who enjoys helping seniors remain safely in their homes? Join the team at Visiting Angels, a nationally recognized leader in senior home care.

We are currently hiring reliable and caring individuals to provide one-on-one in home care to seniors throughout Chemung County, Steuben County and Schuyler County. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful career while making a real difference in someone's life every day. The position requires a competent caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. Applicant Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience caring for Seniors or disabled adults
Reliable and professional with strong ethics.
Must enjoy assisting in the needs of others.
Respectful and compassionate
Knowledge of housekeeping activities
Cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Dementia / Alzheimer’s experience a plus
