Competitive Pay & Benefits: Enjoy a great starting wage of $23 ($21 base + $2 guaranteed from tips) with the opportunity to earn more, plus a sweet benefits package including:
PTO available as soon as you become part of our team. Accruable up to 2 weeks per year ( 80 hrs )
5 days ( 40 hrs ) paid sick leave available from your first day.
Profit Sharing ( estimated $1 - $1.2 for every hour worked annually in addition to the range listed above )
401 K ( 100% match up to 2% of your gross income )
Discounts! This includes a monthly stipend in your house account with the power of $40.00 for part-time employees and $80.00 for full-time employees every month, in addition to your $21.00 shift meals.

2. Maintaining Environment

Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant by:
Mastering Tools & Procedures (opening/closing).
Maintaining overall Housekeeping standards.
Organizing Restaurant storage with correct stock levels.
Managing clean and available Dishes.
Maintaining the Line Pars and food stock.
Ensuring proper Food Storage and cooler organization.
Overseeing Cleaning & Maintaining Equipment.
Monitoring Cooler & Appliance Temperatures.
Managing Crowd Control effectively.
Implementing Waste Management & FIFO.

3. Delivering Quality Food

Ensure high-quality, safe, and delicious food by:

Ensuring order Accuracy & Ticket Highlighting.
Enforcing Quality Control (taste, appearance).
Manage the service line and correct mistakes.
Demonstrating Menu Knowledge.
Enforcing Health and Safety Standards.
Ensuring Recipe Consistency in prep work.
Managing Food and Dry Goods Inventory.
Mastering food preparation techniques.
Implementing FIFO for product rotation.
Manage and articulate waste and loss to the team.

4. Maximizing Efficiency & Sales

Contribute to business success by:
