Lead the Culinary Excellence as Chef de Cuisine at The Heights Restaurant

Are you a culinary artist with a passion for innovation and a dedication to excellence? The Heights Restaurant, a celebrated dining destination since 1995, is searching for a talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team. What You'll Be Doing

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be the creative force behind our menu and the leader of our kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our dedication to culinary excellence. - Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation. - Managing and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to ensure high standards of performance and collaboration. - Maintaining inventory and ensuring the highest quality of ingredients are sourced and utilized. - Upholding food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborating with management to align the kitchen's vision with the restaurant's overall goals.

What We're Looking For
