Full Job Description

We are the official Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki dealer located in Saint George, UT in Washington County. Factory Powersports strives to provide great customer service in new and used sales, parts and accessories, and service and repair for recreational machines.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to support our expanding department. This position will play a key role in A/P and A/R functions, data entry, and general accounting support. This position will assist the Controller and bookkeeper.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a learning-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Functions:

Enter vendor invoices accurately in QuickBooks Online
Process parts statements and reconcile vendor accounts
Process payoffs of major unit/machines
Maintain organized vendor files and records
Resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries

Accounting & Administrative Support:

Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Assist with account reconciliations
Support month-end closing activities
Provide general accounting support to the Controller and Accounting Clerk
Assist with special projects as the department grows

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred, but not required
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
