Position: IT Support Technician
Location: St George, UT
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Interact cheerfully with clients and team members and always inspire a WOW factor.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
Perform on-site installation of cabling systems, both during and after initial construction.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and applications.
Provide on-site and remote IT support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Proactively diagnose and resolve system problems to minimize downtime.
Continuously improve systems through maintenance and updates.

Cheerful, enthusiastic, passionate individuals who take initiative to help people live better.
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, computer systems, and networks, including servers and cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical users.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant IT certifications.
