Job Title: Front Desk Support Clerk

Reports to: Resident Services Director (RSD)

Position Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Politely respond to all resident requests and concerns.

· Answer phones, take messages and/or transfer calls.

· Greet and direct family members, vendors and guests.

· Quickly respond to all emergencies, directing emergency personnel when necessary.

· Help facilitate planned activities.

· Complete general office, housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with general customer service experience. CPR/First Aid Certification preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should be a self-directed professional willing to show initiative and remain calm in emergencies. The employee must be detail oriented, independent, and resourceful.

FV is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of every resident related to care, financial status and/or health history. All employees must sign a confidentiality agreement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

o Must be able to lift, push, and pull approximately 25 lbs.

o Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

o Must have reliable transportation and ability to clear a PA State Police Criminal Background Check.

Note: The candidate must be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: starting at $14 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
