Job Summary

Oola Bowls is looking for an energetic, driven, and community-minded Store Manager to lead our newest location in Collegeville, PA. This is more than a restaurant management position—we're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, creating memorable guest experiences, and becoming the face of Oola Bowls in the community.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, food quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll also play a key role in developing partnerships with local schools, businesses, gyms, and community organizations while helping create engaging social media content that showcases our brand and culture.

Duties

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team.
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee top-quality offerings.
Utilize POS systems (Toast)
Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies.
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and team meetings to promote continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all departments.
Manage shift operations efficiently by supervising kitchen activities, customer service, and overall guest experience.
Implement training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
Strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service environments with excellent leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels; managerial communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated ability to train staff on food safety standards, food production processes, and customer service protocols.
Basic math skills for order accuracy, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous; barista or catering experience is a bonus.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
Experience with social media platforms
