Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activities. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings reliable, caring service and clear communication while contributing to a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site expectations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in line with site protocols, while communicating professionally with personnel on site.
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or hazard concerns, and share relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT Certification is required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR/First Aid is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
