Full Job Description

Maintenance:

Immediate openings for a full time FIRST shift maintenance technician

Hardwood Solutions, Inc. is a growing company, specializing in preparing hardwood for wholesale use in the cabinet & flooring industries. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. We take pride in our team-oriented culture, operational excellence, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work well in a fast-paced environment
Desire long-term employment
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Maintain maintenance logs and ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards)
Use a variety of materials, electrical hand tools, and voltage or amperage measuring devices for diagnostics as well as repair
Operate fork lifts, and other mobile equipment

Qualifications

1+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings (required)
Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with industrial equipment, preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver’s license (required)
