This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Jackson, Michigan. This role is hybrid to Jackson, MI and will require reporting onsite three days a week.

Job Overview:

General project administration and support Maintain project notes and files Review, validate and document invoices Execute checks and balances to ensure accurate reporting Ensure accounting guidelines are met Implement process improvements as appropriate Work with program managers to manage budgets and help deliver against party commitments

Requirements:

Project coordinators must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail and a patient demeanor are also important. They should also be familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, and a bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally required for this position. Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 25-$28/hr
