Title: Vice President, EMS Sales Location: USA/Remote Reports to: Executive Leader of EMS FLSA Classification: Exempt Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 Base + Commission/Bonus Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise. Position Overview: The Vice President, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Sales is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Coronis Health's presence within the Emergency Medical Services market. This executive will leverage deep industry knowledge and established relationships across EMS organizations to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions that improve operational and financial performance for EMS providers.This is a highly visible, hunter-focused sales leadership role requiring an experienced executive with a proven track record of selling into the EMS industry. Experience with government agencies, municipal procurement, competitive bidding, and public-sector contracting is highly desirable but not required. Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on the Emergency Medical Services market.· Identify, qualify, and close new EMS client opportunities.· Build relationships with executive leaders across ambulance providers, fire departments, municipalities, county EMS agencies, hospital-based EMS programs, and private EMS organizations.· Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.· Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Marketing, and Implementation teams to develop customized RCM solutions that meet client needs.· Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.· Represent Coronis Health at national and regional EMS conferences, trade shows, and industry events.· Develop strategic partnerships to increase market awareness and drive growth.· Stay informed on EMS reimbursement trends, industry regulations, and market developments.· Travel throughout the United States to meet with prospective clients and industry partners.· Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of sales and business development experience. Required: Demonstrated success selling products or services within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets. Preferred Experience While not required, the following experience is highly valued: Government contracting Federal, state, county, or municipal procurement Competitive bidding (RFP, RFQ, RFI) processes Public-sector contract negotiations Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) EMS billing and reimbursement Hospital and health system partnerships Knowledge Strong understanding of the Emergency Medical Services industry. Knowledge of EMS operations, reimbursement models, and industry challenges. Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred. Understanding of public-sector purchasing processes is a plus. Skills Exceptional consultative sales and business development skills. Proven ability to build executive-level relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strategic planning, pipeline management, and forecasting experience. Ability to influence stakeholders and close complex sales opportunities.
