The expectation for this role will be hybrid onsite Tues-Thurs in Jackson at One Energy Plaza (OEP) for most weeks. Remote on Mondays and Fridays most weeks.
The focus of the work will be to support SAP initiative.
Specific SAP responsibilities

Support and maintain SAP role personas that reflect user goals, responsibilities, and pain points.

Advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions and decision-making.

Apply UX best practices to ensure consistent experiences and smooth transitions between applications.

Work closely with the internal CE development team as well as our outside implementation vendors.

Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Other core duties that will be needed:
Journey mapping — Translate research insights into journey maps, task flows, personas, and design strategies that guide product direction.
User research — Advocate for the end user by conducting research, defining persona‑specific requirements, performing task analysis, and developing use cases.
Usability testing — Perform usability analysis and user testing to validate ease of use across customer segments.
Cross‑functional collaboration — Partner with engineering and business teams to align on user experiences and drive adoption.
Experience iteration — Analyze product usage data and feedback to refine and improve existing experiences.
Accessibility advocacy — Ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into all design decisions.
UX pattern documentation — Define and document user experience patterns, behavioral patterns, and interaction models for consistency.
General support — Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UX/UI Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required)
Pay Transparency:
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $42/hour - $57.14/hour W-2.
