Job Summary:

Assesses and coordinates the training and educational needs of healthcare professionals in an assigned area to support staff development and performance improvement.

Education & Experience

Education and Experience Required:

Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and two (2) years of experience in healthcare, education, or program coordination.

Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required:

N/A

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Responsibilities

Develops and implements orientation programs and materials for staff within an assigned area or unit.
Evaluates training needs to ensure effective education and skill development.
Monitors and analyzes staff performance data to identify opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Provide mentoring and coaching to staff while supporting the integration of developmental best practices and professional fulfillment initiatives.
Plan and facilitate educational programs and special events to promote professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Build partnerships with community organizations and/or payers to provide support and promote choices through outreach and education.

Physical and Environmental Demands
