Full Job Description

Job Overview

SALARY: DOE
We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our executive team and oversee day-to-day operations at our home office. You’ll provide administrative support to leadership, coordinate HR and compliance documentation, and ensure smooth office and vendor operations.

Duties

Supervise the administrative assistant and delegate daily tasks
Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
Coordinate onboarding, office setup, and internal events (including the annual conference)
Ensure accurate document retention, compliance tracking, and reporting
Serve as the main contact for IT, maintenance, and facilities vendors
Provide executive administrative support including document proofreading, transcription, and data entry
Support event planning activities and coordinate projects across departments
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager (property management or real estate preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong judgment and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and data entry
This position offers an engaging work environment for a motivated individual eager to contribute to efficient office operations while developing their administrative expertise.
