Office Manager – Northpark

This position is based in Ridgeland, MS, but our company operates nationally, particularly in large regional malls.

As the Office Manager at Northpark, you will provide full-scale office management for the property to meet ownership objectives.

To succeed, you should have:

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experienced administrative professional with 3+ years of office management and knowledge of accounts payable processes; shopping mall property management experience is a plus.
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills, consistently meeting deadlines and operational goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, tenants, vendors, and leadership.
Proactive and customer-focused, using sound judgment and initiative to resolve issues and improve day-to-day operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities as the Office Manager - Northpark will include:

Manage office operations, HR administration, employee onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance while providing administrative support across multiple departments.
Coordinate tenant and contractor communications, maintain lease and vendor records, prepare notices and correspondence, and resolve customer, tenant, and contractor issues.
Support property management and operations by assisting with contracts, construction updates, insurance claims, public safety reporting, and process improvements.
Oversee financial and accounting support, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, tenant billing, sales reporting, vendor management, audits, and monthly asset reporting.
Maintain office systems, manage phone operations, coordinate meetings and minutes, track certificates of insurance, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations for a regional shopping center.
