Full Job Description

Large Company in the United States is looking for an experienced individual for the Jackson Mississippi and surrounding areas to manage 6-10 store locations. Minimum of three years Manager experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Proven supervisory skills
Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
Ability to operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
Must hold a current valid driver’s license, certificate of insurance coverage and the ability to drive an automobile.
Train all employees on standard operating procedures.
Communicate consistently with Management & employees to ensure understanding and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Take appropriate actions to ensure each store maximizes profit, minimizes asset loss, and conforms to budgetary requirements.
Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs.
Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends if necessary.
Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
Recruit, select, develop, and train store team on proper operations and procedures.
Direct compliance of personnel with established company policies, procedures and guidelines including, but not limited to, safekeeping of company inventory, and property.
Ability to multi task and stay engaged.
Must pass background and drug screening.
Other duties as assigned.
