Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to a diverse client population.
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Participate in collaborative case reviews and contribute to team development.

Qualifications

Active LPC-MHSP or LCSW license in Tennessee (not associate or pre-licensed).
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
A heart for Christ-centered counseling and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Proficiency in treating various presenting issues across age groups.
Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Position Details

Pay: $40,000–$50,000+ annually (based on caseload or selected salaried model)
Schedule: Flexible schedule structure M-F
PTO & Holidays: PTO + 10 paid holidays
Support: Full administrative team and marketing
