Receptionist (Front Desk Coordinator)

Company: Maxxguard
Location: Jackson, TN (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Pay: $13-$16/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This includes managing the phones, greeting guests, handle basic admin tasks, and keeping our front office clean and presentable through routine, light cleaning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer and route multi-line calls; take clear messages
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations
Ensure the reception area as well as main areas of the office is organized and presentable at all times
Assist with administrative duties including proofreading documents and managing correspondence
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative assistant role is required
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus and accounting experience is preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
1 + year of experience in office management or clerical roles is highly desirable
Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is beneficial

Schedule

Full-time, on-site: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility for events.
