Stellar Pharmacy Services is looking for a part-time Account Executive to cover the Western part of the state of Tennessee, focusing in Jackson, Memphis, and Nashville. Qualified candidate will be located in the Jackson Tennessee area.
Stellar Pharmacy Services (DBA Stellar Rx) is a multistate privately owned “Pharma-Tech” Specialty Pharmacy that focuses on delivering important medications to providers and patients at the point of care. We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join the Stellar Pharmacy team of healthcare professionals. The Account Executive is responsible for managing all current clients with XpeDose™ cabinets (medication dispensing cabinet). This includes regular site visits, providing onboarding training for new staff members and refresher training for existing staff when needed, monitoring inventory and product expiration dates and technical troubleshooting. The Stellar Account Executive is responsible for developing enduring relationships with key decision makers in the sites and medical staff. The Stellar Account Executive is also responsible for identifying new sites for XpeDose™ expansion to grow our business in the state. Reasonable goals will be mutually agreed upon by the Account Executive and Stellar Management.
The Account Executive will become the market expert within the state of Tennessee regarding changing trends in healthcare, women’s health, Managed Care, Federal and State policies and competition affecting our business etc. The Stellar Account Executive will be customer-facing with multiple levels of healthcare professionals including Provider Practices and office staff, Pharmacy/Medical Directors within Health Plans, Public Health Administrators, Advocacy groups and other partners.
The Account Executive works independently in Tennessee but will be collaborating with the extended Stellar Rx team including the pharmacy team, technology experts, management and field sales colleagues. Stellar is a small company and highly dependent on teamwork and mutual support.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages and maintains relationships with all current clients with XpeDose™ units.
· Prospects and establishes new business to fulfill growth objectives of the company. This includes but is not limited to prospecting and onboarding new clients, scheduling and programming the XpeDose™ cabinet, hooking up all electronics (computer, monitor, etc.), cabinet installation and training staff to use the XpeDose™ at the provider office.
· Work with Stellar’s Vice President of Business Development to seek out new provider sites for strategic XpeDose™ expansion. This includes coordination with Health Plan partners (Provider Relations and Quality Teams) facilitated by Stellar management.
· Provide input to Stellar management to help make informed business decisions and changes in strategy when needed.
· Track sales trends regularly (monthly/quarterly) to evaluate performance. Meet with management team to review performance data and help shape business strategy.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Excellent sales and presentation skills.
TECHNOLOGY
· Computer competencies in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and replacing XpeDose™ units, if necessary
· Basic tech skills to support XpeDose™ cabinet, computer set up and function and simple troubleshooting for XpeDose™ process.
· Responsible for testing and maintaining XpeDose™ systems and dashboard as needed to keep systems running properly. This includes communicating with Stellar’s software provider regarding any programming issues and/or downtime.
· Responsible for adding, removing, or changing user and provider access to the XpeDose™ system.
· Responsible for overseeing XpeDose™ inventories. If needed, assist with delivery and stocking of inventory at XpeDose™ locations either in person or remotely.
· Responsible for removing inventory from XpeDose™ units and ensuring these items are also removed from service and inventory data is deleted from XpeDose™ system.
· Pick up units that need replaced or when a client closes their account with Stellar.
· Maintains, cleans, and tests all XpeDose™ units and related equipment as directed and informs tech support and pharmacy supervisor of defective equipment and devices.
· Reports all client concerns, complaints, and unsafe conditions relating to deliveries to immediate supervisor and pharmacy and works to find solutions to situations.
TRAVEL
Amount of travel will be determined based on candidate’s location. Travel will be done by car within the state of Tennessee. Overnight travel may be required. Stellar Pharmacy Services, Inc. is a closed-door pharmacy. Stellar Pharmacy Services Inc. offers an excellent starting salary. Drug testing and criminal background checks will be performed on candidates that are under consideration.
